Each Petal Club subscription box contains all materials needed for that issues unique project. You will receive step by step instructions, glue, grout and of course tiles!
Also in each box will receive an additional bag of mosaic tiles to help you start your own 'stash' plus an extra little surprise.

Petal Club Bi-Monthly continues until the subscription is cancelled, which you can do anytime through your Account option on the China Petals website or by emailing chinapetalsmosaic@gmail.com

Mosaic is a wonderful hobby and can be both relaxing and rewarding. I developed the Petals Club for those who have tried mosaic kits and want to take things a little further.
If you are a serial crafter or a total beginner you could still benefit from the subscriptions. The China Petals Makers Facebook Group are the perfect safe place to learn and ask questions.

To keep designs fresh and interesting projects will use wheeled nippers to cut tiles to shape. These can be purchased from the China Petals website if you don't already own a pair.
You will also need an old disposable pot, a yoghurt pot or margarine tub is perfect, for mixing the grout powder in.

There will be a tutorial style video uploaded to the China Petals Makers Group for each Petals Club box when the boxes are released. The video will offer hints, tips and techniques required to make the mosaic project.
If you have any questions arising from the video the China Petals Facebook Group is the perfect place to ask.
The videos will also be uploaded to the China Petals YouTube channel.

Your first payment will be taken the day you subscribe and then bi-monthly (every other month) on the same day until you cancel or pause your subscription.

Boxes are sent out on the 10th of March, May, July, September, November etc. (or the next working day if a weekend). As long as your payment is received by midnight on the 8th of the corresponding month it will be included in that issue.
All boxes will be sent Royal Mail Tracked 48.

You can update your address in your Members page, just log in and go to My Addresses.

Boxes are despatched on the 10th (or working day after) in the following months
March, May, July, September, November, January.
If after 7 days of despatch you haven't received your Petals Club subscription box check that your payment was sent from your bank before the 8th of that month. Check the delivery progress of your parcel using the tracking number that would have been sent on despatch. If there are still problems after checking the tracking contact China Petals on chinapetalsmosaic@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.

If you need to stop receiving your subscription box for what ever reason you can either suspend or cancel your membership.
Please email chinapetalsmosaic@gmail.com as soon as possible. This will need to be done 7 days before your next payment is due.
