In stock items will be posted 3 - 5 days after order has been received. Items will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service unless otherwise stated or if you have paid for an upgraded service.  For bespoke/made to order items please allow a minimum of 2 weeks to create your mosaic before posting. This timescale will change depending on the size and nature of your order but you will be kept updated with progress during the project.

 

Mosaic kits are packaged in boxes and sent Royal Mail Tracked 48 parcel post (upgrade available at checkout) to make sure that your kit reaches you in good condition (important I believe when giving as a gift).

 

International buyers will be charged postage costs and I request that you contact me before placing your order so a price can be obtained.  International buyers will be responsible for paying any taxes due.  Once the parcel has been handed to the postal service China Petals cannot be responsible for delivery times.  Please bare this in mind at busy times of year such as Christmas.

Part of China Petal's ethos is to save items which can be reused from going to land fill and some items used for packing may have been pre-used. 

All of my mosaics are securely packaged to ensure your mosaic reaches you in perfect condition.
