Wholesale Terms and Conditions

Minimum order
£150 with £15 carriage*, carriage paid £350.
*Mainland UK only.

List prices and RRPs are subject to change. Any local taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Prices are exclusive of VAT.

Lead times are 2 weeks from receipt of payment. During busy times or for large orders it may be longer. We will always let you know when you place your order.  When your order has been dispatched you will be issued a tracking number so you can follow the delivery in progress.

We will deliver the Product(s) ordered by you together with a hard copy of the invoice, to the address which you give for delivery when you make your order. If you have entered any of the details in your delivery address incorrectly at time of ordering, we are not liable for any items which have not received.  Please notify China Petals as soon as possible if you have made an error and we will attempt to change the address where it is possible.

Occasionally Our delivery to you may be affected by an Event Outside Our Control. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date because of an Event Outside Our Control, we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date.
An “Event Outside Our Control” means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, pandemic or other natural disaster, or failure of telecommunications networks.

Payment terms
Proforma, orders are confirmed and processed once we have received payment.
Please note that we are not VAT registered.

If we are unable to supply you with any item/s ordered we will inform you by email as soon as becoming aware of any such issues. We will not process your order until you confirm by email how you wish us to proceed. If we are able to, we will offer you the nearest alternative or if you would prefer, we will refund you the full amount that you have paid in respect of the relevant item/s as soon as is reasonably practicable, if you have already paid for the item/s.

China Petals has the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion.  Any payment will be refunded on notice of an order being refused.   

Images of the Products on the China Petals website are for illustrative purposes only. Although We have made every effort to display the colours and print accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the Products. The Products that you receive from us may vary slightly from those images.
If you wish to receive stock images of our Products for use on your shop website or social media please get in touch.

Cancellations and returns
All orders are firm sales and we cannot accept any returns or swaps. In the event that an order arrives damaged or there are any discrepancies please let us know by email within 5 working days of receiving the delivery. If you fail to notify us within 5 working days of any damage items we are under no obligation to accept the return of any such Products from you, but where we do accept their return we do so at Our sole discretion and on such terms as We shall specify to you in writing.

If China Petals products are sold online, credit must be given to China Petals in the product description.
Retailers may not resell China Petals products on any 3rd party online platforms such as Amazon, Not on the High Street, Etsy, eBay etc. without prior permission in writing.

Acceptance of terms and conditions
Placement of order confirms acceptance of the China Petals terms and conditions.  Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
